A deposit of 40% of the order is due at the time of booking, it’s non-refundable. This deposit confirms and holds a reservation.

The final payment is required once pictures have been sent to the customer confirming the cake has been complete.

Serving amounts are estimated and are not guaranteed to be exact

The client understands and accepts these terms and conditions and has therefore ordered accordingly

Delivery price is subject to distance and fuel costs at the time of the function

We are not responsible for any damages to the cake once it has left our studio. The customer is responsible for providing an appropriate table that is secure to hold the cake.

If flowers are provided by another source, they are required to be available the day before the function when the cake is needed, this ensures there is enough time to decorate the cake with the flowers. The customer acknowledges that fresh flowers are not a food product, so may contain pesticides,insects,dirt and other contaminants

Selena cakes design reserves the right to photograph and use the photos for display or promotion without compensation to you.

Our products may contain milk, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

No cake is the exact same as another. We try our hardest to replicate a cake as shown on the picture, but please keep in mind it may not be the same as skills and colours vary.
