We put in great care preparing our cakes so they are internally supported and sturdy enough to travel. It’s recommended that the cake is placed in the boot or floor of the car on a smooth flat surface where it’s less likely to become damaged. More safety can be ensured by making sure another person is there to hold the cake securely while the driver is driving. 

**Please note that once the cake/treats have left our studio, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages to the order. 

Yes, we can deliver your cake for a fee – depending on how far your location is from our studio.

Delivery is free of charge if the location is within 5km of our studio in Balwyn North.

**Pick up from our store is free.

A deposit is required to confirm and secure a booking. Deposits will be 40% of your order. No order will be confirmed until a deposit has been received. The balance is required to be paid a minimum of 7 days prior to delivery or collection of your cake.
