Refund and Cancellation Policy

Overview

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the pickup/delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund, with an administration fee deducted. 
• No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled after the cake has been prepared

Issues with your order

We take great care in preparing every cake. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery with photos and details, and we will do our best to assist. 

Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for cakes that have been damaged after pickup/delivery due to handling, storage, or environmental conditions.
